The Position:
The HR Analyst, Career Development and Talent Mobility position will support UNFPA in driving data-informed talent decisions and providing coordination support for key talent and organizational development and culture initiatives. Under the direction and supervision of the Chief, Career Development & Talent Mobility Branch, this role contributes to UNFPA’s strategic priorities by translating HR data into actionable insights, coordinating implementation of HR projects, and supporting analytics, reporting, people, culture and organizational development projects.

Job Purpose:
As HR Analyst, within UNFPA’s Career Development & Talent Mobility Branch, you will support evidence-based HR / talent decisions and coordinate and support projects in HR data and analytics, global staff surveys, pulse surveys, culture indices, learning, engagement, and organizational development. You will analyze HR / talent data, design dashboards and metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure project timelines, and provide actionable recommendations. You will report to the Chief, Career Development & Talent Mobility Branch.
