ANTECEDENTES:
El Programa Mundial de Alimentos (PMA), es el organismo de las Naciones Unidas que lucha contra el hambre y la malnutrición en todo el planeta. La visión del PMA, está centrada en un mundo en el cual cada hombre, mujer, niña y niño tenga acceso en todo momento a la alimentación necesaria para llevar una vida activa y saludable para lograr el objetivo de desarrollo sostenible Hambre Cero (ODS2), así como promover una alianza global para garantizar la sostenibilidad del bienestar de la población (ODS 17).
A través de su nuevo Plan Estratégico en el País 2023-2027, el WFP refuerza su capacidad para el apoyo a las políticas públicas mediante nuevas capacidades de promoción, comunicación e investigación de mayor calidad, para ayudar a influir en las decisiones de recursos. Esta estrategia contribuirá a fortalecer las capacidades de las instituciones nacionales y subnacionales para administrar las políticas y programas de seguridad alimentaria, gestión de riesgo de desastres y protección social.
WFP asume el rol de catalizador de actores e iniciativas aún dispersas y descoordinadas y apoya a sus contrapartes (gobierno, sociedad civil, sector privado, academia y medios de comunicación) en la construcción de una alianza y el diseño de un mensaje coherente para la generación de un movimiento de aspiración nacional para acabar con el hambre en el Perú y mejorar los hábitos alimenticios antes del año 2030.
La generación de evidencia, el monitoreo y la evaluación serán componentes importantes de esta estrategia. La información y data generada no solo servirá para rendir cuentas sino también para los procesos de aprendizaje de los que depende el éxito de esta nueva estrategia. Es por esto que el WFP está buscando contratar a un/a Asistente de Monitoreo y Evaluación.

con el monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos de la organización;
