For every child, the right to care

Le/La consultant·e aura pour mission de documenter, de manière qualitative, narrative et visuelle, l’ensemble du processus de mise en œuvre de la stratégie de communication de proximité, depuis la phase de planification (ateliers régionaux d’élaboration des plans d’action) jusqu’à début d’implémentation de ces plans au niveau local.

Cette documentation devra mettre en évidence les dynamiques de changement observées auprès des parents, des enfants et des professionnel·le·s de première ligne, notamment en matière de communication, de sensibilisation à la parentalité positive et de réduction des pratiques disciplinaires violentes. Les contenus produits devront refléter les résultats, les bonnes pratiques, les enseignements tirés et l’impact du projet sur les communautés bénéficiaires.

Résultats attendus et responsabilités du/de la consultant·e

Sous la supervision de l’équipe du projet, le/la consultant·e sera chargé·e des activités suivantes :

1. Documentation du processus

• Élaborer une note méthodologique détaillée et un plan de documentation audiovisuelle précisant les angles narratifs, les types de contenus à produire et le calendrier de production.
• Assurer la couverture audiovisuelle des ateliers régionaux (photographies et vidéos).
• Documenter les activités de mise en œuvre des plans d’action sur le terrain.
• Assurer une présence régulière lors des activités clés du projet afin de garantir une documentation continue et cohérente du processus.

2. Production de contenus audiovisuels

• Réaliser des prises de vue photo et vidéo de qualité professionnelle, conformes aux standards de communication de l’UNICEF.
• Collecter des témoignages vidéo et audio auprès des bénéficiaires, des participant·e·s et des acteurs clés du projet.

3. Témoignages et human interest stories

• Identifier, en coordination avec l’équipe du projet, des cas pertinents illustrant les changements induits par le projet chez les parents, les enfants et les professionnel·le·s.
• Conduire des interviews respectueuses, éthiques et adaptées aux enfants, en conformité avec les principes de protection de l’enfance et le consentement éclairé.
• Rédiger et/ou scénariser des human interest stories mettant en lumière des changements concrets, des parcours inspirants et des bonnes pratiques.

4. Film récapitulatif final

• Concevoir le scénario du film récapitulatif final en étroite concertation avec l’équipe du projet.
• Produire un film retraçant l’ensemble du projet, ses principales étapes, ses résultats et ses impacts, destiné aux actions de communication, de plaidoyer et de capitalisation.

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: Diplôme en audiovisuel, communication, journalisme, cinéma ou domaine connexe
  • Work Experience:
  • Avoir au moins 5 ans d’expérience en production photo et vidéo (prise de vue, montage, storytelling).
  • Avoir au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la documentation de projets sociaux ou communautaires la réalisation de films institutionnels ou documentaires .
  • Expériences sur les thématiques des droits humains, droits des enfants et du changement social.
