We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Systems Specialist to join our Supply Chain & Operations team.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in RI countries of operation.

The role is an initial 12-month fixed-term position, with possibility of extension.

About the Opportunity

The Supply Chain Systems Specialist will lead on the implementation and support of RIs new Procure to Pay, asset and inventory systems across all RI countries. This includes Procure to Pay, Inventory and Asset modules in Oracle NetSuite, with integration in to RIs NetSuite finance system. This also includes supporting on ongoing pilot and eventual scaling of a 3rd party medical inventory management system (IMC PIMS) which would be integrated into the NetSuite inventory module and used in RI medical warehouses and RI supported health facilities for inventory and consumption monitoring. This will also working with the Global IT Automation Specialist to automate relevant Supply Chan and Operations forms that are not within other systems using Microsoft Forms, and subbsequently roll them out.

System implementation support will be done remotely and with in country travel where budgets and security allows.

Your Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities.

  • Lead testing, configuration, piloting, and integration of NetSuite Supply Chain modules, including Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and assets.‑to‑Pay, inventory, and assets.
  • Lead on the pilot of the IMC PIMS inventory system, and support its scaling based on a successful pilot
  • Produce and maintain system documentation, training materials, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage data collection, cleansing, migration, and ongoing system level data (users, warehouses, suppliers, products, workflows).‑level data (users, warehouses, suppliers, products, workflows).
  • Roll out Supply Chain systems across all RI countries, including training, configuration, golives, and post implementation support.‑lives, and post‑implementation support.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and ensure systems drive organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee and deliver 1st–3rd line support structures for RI Supply Chain and Operations systems and act as focal point for external support partners.
  • Lead scaling, integration, rollout and support of a 3rd‑party medical inventory management system alongside NetSuite deployment.
  • Strengthen processes by reviewing local and global supply chain practices, and support with revising Supply Chain and Operations policies and process, including embedding cross functional ways of working.‑functional ways of working.
  • Supporting emergency responses as required, including emergency deployment if needed


About You

You will bring the following experience and skills.

  • Significant experience with implementing Oracle NetSuite Procure to Pay, or a similar Global ERP P2P system across multiple countries in a global organization is essential
  • Significant experience with implementing a global inventory management solution across multiple countries in a global organization
  • Strong project management skills, including documentation, stakeholder, training, risk management and budget support
  • Able to demonstrate a technical understanding of procurement and inventory management.
  • Experienced user of MS Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc., with very strong Microsoft Excel skills,
  • Experience with designing and delivering trainings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong, positive track-record of collaboration – able to work with diverse teams in diverse locations.
  • Ability to motivate and support teams remotely in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to communicate in all forms (written, verbal, negotiation, presentation skills, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to RI countries
  • Experience in Humanitarian supply chain and logistics is desirable
  • Must be able to work in English, French and/or Arabic are an advantage
