- Automated Dashboard for Reporting: Develop a simple, interactive dashboard that consolidates key data from existing systems and presents it in a clear, visual format. The dashboard will be customizable for different reporting needs.
- Process & Document Automation: Implement small-scale automation for repetitive tasks—such as routing intake cases, assembling case files, and generating standard letters—using existing Microsoft tools.
- Risk Indicator Repository: Create an initial structure for organizing external risk indicators in one centralized location. Where feasible, include automated data extraction from trusted external sources.
- AI Agent & Advocacy: Develop an AI-driven knowledge bot using Microsoft Copilot for at least one OAI subject matter area. The intern will also provide hands-on support to colleagues interested in creating their own efficiency-focused AI tools, fostering AI adoption within OAI.
