Key Responsibilities

As a SPF Intern, you will:

  • Assisting with planning and execution of the Transition of IT Services to New suppliers
  • Creation, updating Epics, Tasks and User Stories in JIRA boards utilising the Bank’s Agile ways of working
  • Coordination with internal teams and Suppliers to prepare for Transition such as updating of documentation and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Work with Communication Teams and Service Delivery Teams to prepare for go live and help issue communications to the Bank users of change to services
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint presentation, Excel workbooks and documents in Word where appropriate
  • Present Transition updates to internal stakeholders in Project governance meetings

Basic Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders
  • Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools
  • Interest in IT Services from Service Desk, Deskside Support, Data Analysis, Software Engineering and AI Technologies
  • Interest in technology and curiosity about how IT is used by Business users working in the Financial Services industry to complete their work
  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly in a professional environment
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with and through others in a matrix structure
  • Active listening skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities in English

Preferable Requirement

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related subject
