Mission :

You will be responsible for managing grants and partnerships, including proposal development, internal and external reporting, improving grants management processes, overseeing partnerships, and contributing to country office strategy.
Your missions will be as follows :
Lead the development and implementation of grants management processes across the entire project cycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance
Lead and coordinate high-quality proposal development with program and operations teams and support the funding strategy
Lead all internal and external reporting processes
Manage the grants team and build the capacity of own team and all relevant staff involved in grant management
Engage with donors and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Provide strategic oversight of partnership and localisation activities
Demonstrate personal commitment in promoting Gender Equality and ACF Gender Minimum Standards

Profile :

You hold a degree in fundraising, public relations, communications, development, humanitarian aid, or international relations.
You have at least 5 years of experience in humanitarian and/or development fundraising from institutional donors in a fundraising or related NGO.
You are able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with excellent proposal and report writing skills for a variety of donors. You are familiar with sector-related terminology.
You have strong managerial competencies, including flexibility, results orientation, leadership skills to guide and develop the grant team, and capacity-building expertise to strengthen the skills of your team, other departments, and partners.
You have exceptional English writing skills, communication and interpersonal skills.

Conditions d'emploi

National applications : 12-month contract according to the internal and national salary conditions of ACF in Afghanistan
International applications :
Fixed term contract under French legislation: 12 months
Monthly gross salary from 2597 to 2968euros upon experience, including 13th month
Reimbursement of the pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary
Annual salary increase: 6% increase after and each 12 months of continuous contract
Monthly per diem and living allowance: 681euros net, field paid
Monthly country allowance: 450euros
Cold allowance: Reimbursement for the purchase of winter equipment for a maximum of 380euros per person per year in severe cold contexts
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000euros/year)
Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
Medical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the health and repatriation insurance agreement fees, for your medical expenses (as well as your dependents if you have a family post), and up to 1 month after the end of your contract.
Salary sustainment measures (sickness, paternity, maternity)
Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year, airfare reimbursement with a ceiling to get to the chosen break destination, and 215 euros for each RnR period
