Introduction

Context
DRC has been present in Burkina Faso since 2013 with six operational field offices (Dori, Ouahigouya, Djibo, Gorom-Gorom, Dédougou, CNE) and one country office in Ouagadougou. The organization mainly intervenes in the areas of humanitarian protection, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), food security and livelihoods, and social cohesion.
DRC adopts a community-based approach and, through the implementation of multisectoral projects, seeks sustainable solutions for affected populations within the logic of the humanitarian–development–peace nexus.
About the job
Under the supervision of the Head of Programs, the Partnership, Grant and communication Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing three strategic components of DRC's mission in Burkina Faso: grants, partnership and communication management. He or she will have four hierarchical positions under his or her hierarchical responsibility and will be expected to play a coordinating role and ensure fluid communication with all other DRC departments in Burkina Faso.

About you
Previous experience with DRC and/or in West Africa would be an asset.
Moreover, we also expect the following:
Required
Master's level (Bac +5) in political science, law, Management, international development or other relevant field.

We offer
Contract length: A one-year contract conditional upon funding availability
Band: Management F-1
Work location: Burkina Faso – Based in Ouagadougou with frequent field trips to: Kaya / Dori /Ouahigouya / Dédougou.
Start date: March 2026
