Danish Refugee Council, one of the world’s leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently looking for a skilled Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) to lead our financial planning and analysis team and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will join four other managers as part of a diverse and collaborative Finance Leadership Team, working under the supervision of the Global Finance Director. Together, this team drives financial excellence and innovation across DRC’s global operations.
About the job
In this role, you will manage a team of 5 FPA Business Partners and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for HQ and country offices. You will provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions, improve financial processes, and help integrate modern tools like automation and analytics into our workflows.
