Description of the Assignment:

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Nepal is currently implementing a project Strengthening Health resilience in Nepal-HIV, TB & Malaria (Global Fund) that requires the services of a National Consultant to provide technical assistance for managing and coordinating the National IBBS Surveys among PWID in Nepal 2025-26 to perform the work described as per the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) – Annex 1.

Objectives of the assignment

The consultancy aims to generate robust evidence on HIV/STI prevalence and behavioral risk factors among PWID, while identifying priority intervention sites to maximize service coverage and impact.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 30 days spread over three months

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
