    Country: Indonesia

    Description of the Assignment: Under supervision from National Project Manager of TCCF Plastics Circularity Project, the Individual Consultant will work together with the project operation and UNDP team to undertake the following tasks for every events:
    1. Implementation Oversight and Compliance by monitoring adherence to contractual obligations, including timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Maintain accurate documentation of all related activities.
    2. Kick-Off and Planning by organizing facilitate kick-off meetings between project, and relevant stakeholder.
    3. Develop a communication framework and escalation protocol.
    4. Prepare a detailed work plan and timeline for monitoring implementation progress.
    5. Track the implementation against work plan
    6. Document findings and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
    7. Identify potential risks related to delivery, quality, and compliance.
    8. Propose mitigation strategies and monitor implementation.
    9. Ensure lessons learned are documented and applied to future activities.
    10. Quality Assurance: verify implementation compliance for each activities
    11. Reporting and Documentation periodically progress report for project and team leader
    12. Maintain a comprehensive record of communications, implementation and provide recommendations upon end of activities.

    Period of assignment/services: 90 working days within 5 months
    Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
