Consultancy Level: National Consultant

Period of assignment/services: 40 working days spread across a period of 4 months

Disqualification / Rejection of Offers

• Offers not submitted through the Quantum system, or submitted using incorrect credentials, will be disqualified.

• Any offer submitted for the recruitment of an Individual Contractor but registered in the name of a company in the Quantum system, will be rejected.

• A vendor wishing to submit an offer for an Individual Contract and sign an RLA contract must use their own individual vendor credentials in Quantum.

• Offers for Individual Contracts submitted under a company name will be rejected.

• If a supplier/vendor operates both as a company and as an individual contractor, they must create two separate profiles, each with a distinct email address.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
