In this full-time, permanent role, as Gift in Wills Program Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our Gifts in Wills strategy and campaigns across multiple channels. Reporting to the Gifts in Wills Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building and nurturing relationships in the Gifts in Wills pipeline, that inspire our supporters to leave a meaningful legacy that lives on for generations. You’ll ideally be based in Melbourne (though other Australian locations will be considered) and will work predominantly from home.
This role combines strategic campaign delivery with hands-on supporter engagement. You’ll implement multi-channel marketing activities, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and provide exceptional donor care. Your experience in direct marketing, data analysis, and relationship management will continue to grow our program and deepen the trust and confidence of our supporters.
