Context
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer - Peace and Recovery Division (PRD), the overall management of the Program Manager and in close coordination with the Chief, Peace and Recovery Division, the Information Manager and Data Engineer will be responsible and accountable for designing, developing, and maintaining the ICT and data infrastructure of the Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) Vault program and its related components, as well as providing support to Peace and Recovery Division (PRD) on ICT - related issues where needed.

For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written). Working knowledge of Arabic and/or another official UN language (Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is an advantage.

This selection process may be used to staff similar positions in various duty stations. Recommended candidates will remain eligible to be appointed in a similar position for a period of 24 months.
