We seek and promote more effective ways of working at the global level and in the field. NORCAP’s aim is not only to reduce needs, but also to create choice and opportunity for people.

We work with and through our partners to improve aid in two complementary ways:

As the Project Manager, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead project implementation to deliver objectives within agreed time, cost, quality, scope, and risk parameters

  • Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely corrective actions where needed

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with donors, partners, and internal teams

  • Oversee grants management, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and timely, high-quality reporting

  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, expenditure verification, and financial reporting

  • Ensure risk assessments are conducted and mitigation measures implemented

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships and donor relationships, supporting proposal development and submissions
