Project: Integrating Oky in Reproductive Health Education and Local Health Service Delivery in the Philippines

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of a groundbreaking project that integrates the Oky Philippines Period Tracker App into local education and health systems. This initiative aligns with UNICEF’s global principles and national frameworks, aiming to break systemic barriers and promote dignity, health, and wellbeing for adolescent girls.

🔍 About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you will:

• Lead strategic planning and develop a Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) aligned with donor requirements.
• Manage a multi-million peso budget and ensure financial compliance.
• Oversee the co-creation and rollout of Oky-themed learning tools for in-school and out-of-school settings.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with LGUs, DepEd, DOH, and MBHTE-BARMM.
• Drive user engagement campaigns and ensure effective data collection and analysis.
• Champion sustainability planning to extend impact beyond the project lifecycle.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

You are a dynamic and experienced development professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Health, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing large, multi-site projects funded by international donors (UNICEF experience is a plus).
• Proven expertise in SRHR, MHH, and CSE programming.
• Strong background in digital health or tech-enabled development initiatives.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budget oversight, and team leadership.
