The aim of this Roster Call is to update the pool of experts available for temporary consultancy assignments in the field of graphic design, with an expected total duration of up to 180 working days within one calendar year, depending on specific needs and activities.
Background
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest regional security organization, with a comprehensive approach to security encompassing politico-military, economic and environmental, and human dimensions. It therefore addresses a wide range of security-related concerns, including arms control, confidence and security-building measures, human rights, national minorities, democratization, policing strategies, counterterrorism and economic and environmental activities. All 57 participating States enjoy equal status, and decisions are taken by consensus on a politically, but not legally binding basis.
The OSCE Secretariat in Vienna assists the Chairpersonship in its activities, and provides operational and administrative support to the field operations, and, as appropriate, to other institutions. The Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA), and its Economic Governance Unit (EGU) in particular, promotes economic prosperity, good governance, and co-operation among participating States to foster peace, security, and stability.
On an ad-hoc basis, the OCEEA/EGU engages external experts to carry out a variety of short-term assignments. These experts support the Office in communicating, promoting and raising awareness of the results and impact of its projects and activities among internal and external audiences, including participating States, donors, international organizations, and the general public.
Objective of Assignment:
The objective of this roster call is to invite qualified evaluators to join the OSCE roster of evaluation consultants for OIO led independent evaluations and decentralized evaluations.

Under the overall guidance of the Senior Economic Officer and in close co-ordination with the Economic Governance Unit (EGU), the International Consultant/Expert will be responsible for one or more of the following assignments:

Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant's/expert's qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.
