Job Summary:
This role will support Out-of-School Youth facing different barriers (low-income, English Language Learners, Foster Care etc.) prepare and access apprenticeship opportunities. The Apprenticeship Instructor and Case Manager will work closely with Apprenticeship partners, design apprenticeship preparation curricula, lead classes aiming at building the necessary vocabulary and soft skills, engage with employer partners for post-apprenticeship job placement and provide case management and follow up services throughout the program enrollment period. The role will report to the Employer Engagement Supervisor and will be seated in the Economic Empowerment department.

Working Environment: Hybrid remote/in-person office environment. Travel to Fremont, Hayward, Concord and other locations for classes, meetings and events (approximately 40%) required.
Compensation: (Pay Range: 26.00 - 27.00) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
