Position Title: Development Coordinator, Leadership Giving
Position Classification: Regular, Non-exempt; Full-time; 40hrs/week
Reports to: Associate Director of Leadership Giving
Location: This position must be based in Boston. The candidate is expected to work from the office 1-2 days/week, with the remaining days able to work from home.
Position Overview:
The Development Coordinator, Leadership Giving provides a broad range of support to Leadership Giving donors, those who give annual donations of $1,000-$24,999, as well as team members. The Development Coordinator will provide support to donor inquiries as well as subsequent follow-up, including related action tracking and imports to the CRM. The Development Coordinator will assist in general donor support functions, especially during high-volume time periods, proofreading donor communications, and liaising with agency partners as required. The Annual Giving team, including Leadership Giving, is responsible for growing unrestricted revenue at the $1 - $24,999 level, stewarding donors at this level, and increasing Partners In Health’s donor base.

Pay and Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $46,000 and is non-negotiable.
