Description of the Assignment: International Consultancy - Consultancy to conduct a comprehensive institutional capacity needs assessment and a feasibility study of the Sierra Leone Police Garment Factory to enhance its functionality and explore its potential as a viable business model able to serve other security institutions

Period of assignment/services: 25 working days within two months
