CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF
Ce poste est basé à Nouakchott, Mauritanie.
Le/la titulaire relèvera du/de la Chargé(e) de la communication et du chef/fe de l’unité. À ce niveau, il/elle est responsable de la mise en œuvre efficace des activités et opérations de communication, en s’appuyant sur les orientations et pratiques standards disponibles, tout en les adaptant au contexte local.
Le poste requiert une capacité à interpréter les directives générales, à faire preuve d’autonomie et de discernement, et à assurer la qualité et la cohérence des messages diffusés. Le/la titulaire contribuera activement à la visibilité des opérations du PAM en Mauritanie, en lien avec les partenaires internes et externes.
OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE :
Contribuer à renforcer la visibilité du PAM Mauritanie en créant et diffusant des contenus numériques engageants, incluant textes, visuels, photos et vidéos. Assurer la gestion stratégique des réseaux sociaux, la conception de supports de communication, ainsi que la production et le montage de contenus multimédias, afin de valoriser les actions du PAM et soutenir ses efforts de plaidoyer et de mobilisation de ressources.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):
Formation :
Diplôme d’études secondaires. Un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable.
Expérience:
. A une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la communication.
• A fait la preuve qu'il ou elle était capable au quotidien d'utiliser des techniques de communication et d'effectuer des tâches de communication courantes conformément aux normes de fonctionnement du PAM.
• A aidé à communiquer des consignes adaptées aux circonstances aux nouveaux membres du personnel.
Connaissances linguistiques :
Maîtrise (niveau C) du français et la connaissance intermédiaire (niveau B) de l’anglais. La connaissance des langues nationales serait un atout.
NB : Veuillez noter que cette publication pour un poste de niveau SC-5 peut également servir à pourvoir des fonctions similaires sous des contrats, SSA5 ou de grade inférieur.
