CGIAR System Organization invites qualified independent audit firms to submit proposals for the provision of external audit services. The selected firm will conduct an annual audit of the System Organization’s financial statements, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), for an initial term of two years starting with the 2025 financial year. Renewal is possible for up to seven years, subject to performance.

Deliverables

• Comprehensive audit plan
• Interim and final audit reports
• Management letter with recommendations
• Formal presentation of audit results to management and the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee (AFRC)

Minimum Qualifications

• Member of an internationally recognized public accounting firm with offices in Europe
• Experience auditing non-profit/international organizations under IFRS
• Adequate partner-staff ratio and IT audit specialization
• Strong client references
