Temporary ERP Project Implementation Support Assistant

We are currently seeking Temporary ERP Project Implementation Support Assistant to support our talent management implementation project. EUMETSAT has identified talent management as an organisational objective, and we are currently in the process of procuring the right tool for the organisation, aiming to start the implementation later this year.

Alongside this critical project, we are also actively engaged in the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA project.

ICT is a trusted internal service provider supporting EUMETSAT in reaching its objective by providing reliable, secure, modern, cost-effective ICT services at agreed service levels.

Duties

To support the implementation of Talent Management System:

Documenting and updating the relevant test cases and scripts;
Executing the test cases and scripts after the upgrade, documenting the identified issues and bugs;

Coordination of system change documentation, ensuring up-to-date and accurate system documentation;
Supporting Key Users validation testing and roll out of enhancements to the end users;
Support user training and process-related documentation.

Darmstadt, Germany

QUALIFICATIONS

Full secondary education + practical / vocational qualifications relating to role.

LANGUAGES

Candidates must be able to work effectively in English.

Duties

To support the implementation of Talent Management System:

Coordination of system change documentation, ensuring up-to-date and accurate system documentation;
Supporting Key Users validation testing and roll out of enhancements to the end users;
Support user training and process-related documentation.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications/experience:

Proven experience of the full lifecycle implementation of an ERP solution, preferably in HR and with a Talent Management focus;
Experience of executing tests cases and scripts;
Experience of creating system and process related documentation in a project environment;
Administrative support of user training activities;
Thorough knowledge of MS Office;
Ability to communicate effectively with international staff on all levels;
Strong support and user orientation;
Proactive attitude and strong sense of team working.

Employment Conditions

The Temporary ERP Project Implementation Support Assistant will work on a full-time basis. The role will be based at the EUMETSAT headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. Remote working will not be possible.

Interviews for this position will be held in English, followed by a work-related assessment also in English.

NB This is NOT a staff role. The successful candidate would be employed through a temp agency for the duration of the contract. Agency employment conditions will apply. Applicants will need to have the right to work in Germany. Visa or work permit support will not be provided.

The target start date is in June 2024 for the duration of 18 months.

The successful candidate will be reporting to ERP Delivery Manager.
