| • Education: Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in environmental studies, international development, project management, communications, or a related field.Experience & skills: • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), or related areas. • Experience working with GEF, GCF, or similar donor-funded projects is required. • Proven experience in results-based management, including data analysis and reporting. • Experience in communications and/or knowledge management. • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and partners. • Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methodologies and tools. • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English. One other IUCN languages (French, Spanish) is highly preferable; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent drafting and communication skills. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data visualization or analytical tools is an asset. • Knowledge of and work with IUCN and partners is an asset. • Demonstrated professionalism, results orientation, and strong planning and organizing skills. |
