    Description of the Assignment: Under the United Nations Development Programme-supported Local Government Initiative on Climate Change (LoGIC IP) Project, the Field Level Grants Monitoring Consultant is engaged to ensure systematic monitoring and oversight of climate adaptation grants implemented at the local level. The position is responsible for assessing compliance with approved guidelines, fiduciary standards, and donor requirements, as well as verifying progress and utilization of funds. The Consultant will provide technical support to the cooperatives formed by the Community Resilience Fund (CRF) beneficiaries of the project and community groups to strengthen accountability and transparency. The role further contributes to timely reporting, financial documentation, and evidence generation to inform project management and strategic decision-making

    Period of assignment/services: 90 working days over 06 months from June 2026 to November 2026
