INTRODUCTION
The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB/The Bank) is seeking a Young Professional – Digital Communications in the Department of Communications and Corporate Affairs. The successful candidate will be based at CDB’s headquarters located in St. Michael, Barbados.
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS AND CORPORATE AFAIRS
The Department of Communications and Corporate Affairs (DCCA) shapes CDB's internal and external voice and amplifies its impact through effective partnerships, high-impact thought leadership, and institutional storytelling. The department’s portfolio includes corporate communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate events, media and other stakeholder relations, protocol and supporting the advocacy work of the Bank.
THE ROLE
The position will report to the Director, DCCA. It is responsible for conceptualising, producing, and managing multimedia content that supports the organisation’s communication strategy. The role spans digital content development, video and audio production, graphic design, and cross‑platform storytelling and event production support. It ensures that high‑quality, brand‑aligned content is created for internal and external audiences across websites, social media, digital campaigns, and multimedia channels.

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
This role is a term-limited position with the successful candidate being contracted under the CDB YP Programme for a non-renewable two-year period commencing July 1, 2026. The YP shall receive a salary of USD60,600 per annum. The benefits package includes life and medical insurances.
