Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a leading protection agency with a mandate to protect, advocate and promote durable solutions for displacement affected populations.
DRC has been operating in Ukraine since 2014, currently DRC employs over 800 staff in Ukraine and will continue significant scale-up in 2026 to implement emergency response in the Protection, Livelihoods, Shelter/NFIs and Humanitarian Disarmament and Peacebuilding (humanitarian mine action) sectors, using direct interventions, support to duty bearers and civil society organizations (CSOs), and partnerships with CSOs. DRC will continue and adapt its durable solutions portfolio to the evolving context.

About the job
Overall purpose of the role is to support and carry out passenger transportation within Ukraine, planning and management of transport and logistics activities in support of humanitarian assistance operations in Kharkiv/Donetsk regions, with business trips around Ukraine. The driver is responsible for driving, managing and administering the vehicle to provide safe and efficient transport for operations teams and field offices.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have a valid driver’s license in categories B and C (will be an advantage). You should also possess at least three years of driving experience, preferably with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs). Moreover, we also expect the following:
