Introduction

Description of the Assignment: National Consultant working as Team Member to develop and deliver gender-responsive training for commune-level disaster response teams and first responders to strengthen inclusive preparedness and response capacities for the Project "Life-saving response and inclusive early recovery for typhoons Bualoi and Matmo".

Period of assignment/services: 25 workdays from April - August 2026

Duty station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam, with required travel to Cao Bang and Thai Nguyen provinces.

Women are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
