Description of the Assignment: To support development of recommendations for regulatory incentives and de-risking solutions for green finance in the Kyrgyz Republic, which will be led by International Consultant via providing analytical and technical expertise, including assessment of international best practices, analysis of the national context, and development of practical recommendations and business cases to promote green lending.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 10 months

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
