Job Overview:
The primary role of the Anti-Trafficking Caseworker for IRC Tucson is to provide comprehensive, culturally appropriate, client-centered case management services for domestic and foreign victims of human trafficking (sex and/or labor trafficking), including completing eligibility screening and enrollment paperwork, developing service plans, educating about community services, resources, and legal rights, and helping problem solve barriers to access. This position is also responsible for assisting with programmatic and administrative tasks including training, case notes, case file management, and data collection.

Other Internal and/or external contacts: The anti-trafficking caseworker will be responsible for developing relationships within the IRC Anti-trafficking network and external relations with social service agencies and government entities to expand the role of IRC Anti-trafficking.
Internal: IRC Anti-trafficking programs
External: Arizona anti-human trafficking coalitions, larger anti-trafficking network including Freedom Network USA and other OVC grantees, attorney offices providing pro-bono legal services, law enforcement, social service agencies, community education presentations, community outreach

Compensation: (Pay Range: $22.23 - $22.59) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
