UN Women SL is seeking a Project Clerk to provide administrative, project management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting support for the project “Empowering Communities Through Gender-Responsive Local Governance: Building Institutional Capacity for Inclusive Service Delivery.” This is a three-year project, funded by the Embassy of Iceland, and will be implemented from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2028. The project operates across five districts with a total budget of USD 1.8 million. The overarching objective of the project is to ensure that all women, youth, and girls particularly those from vulnerable and marginalized groups have equitable access to quality services, resources, and opportunities within their local communities. Through strengthened, gender-responsive local governance systems, the project aims to enable beneficiaries to meaningfully participate in and benefit from social and economic life in the targeted districts.
The incumbent will be reporting to the CO Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer and work in collaboration with the project team in delivering the project activities.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
He/She will be reporting to the CO Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer. The incumbent will work in collaboration with the Project Manager, Finance Associate, Procurement Associate and other key project stakeholders including RPs, line ministries especially the M&Es across the ministries.
