El Consejo Noruego de Refugiados (NRC) está en búsqueda de un profesional dedicado, resiliente y dinámico para asumir el rol deOficial Técnico de Finanzas y RRHH – Equipo Regional LA. El objetivo del cargo es el de liderar las necesidades de Finanzas del Equipo Regional de América Latina para asegurar una correcta gestión de las necesidades contables, tributarias y presupuestarias de la Oficina Regional, así como las gestiones administrativas relacionadas con contratación y Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Ejecutar la contabilización diaria de la oficina, monitorear las cuentas de balance, realizar pagos de impuestos y tributos así como completar de manera mensual los cierres mensuales (BRS) interno de la organización.
Ejercer como punto focal principal con la firma externa de Contabilidad y Gestión de nóminas en la conversión a cuentas contables nacionales, revisión de nómina y pagos de tributos.
Apoyar en la solicitud y tramitación de transferencias bancarias desde la Oficina central en Noruega.
Llevar un control de los anticipos y justificaciones de gastos del personal nacional e internacional, así como su contabilización.
Apoyar en la elaboración del presupuesto maestro (Master Budget) del Equipo Regional.
Apoyar en los procesos de contratación y salida de personal (elaboración contratos y adendas de contrato, recabar documentación obligatoria, seguimiento de vacaciones de personal, etc.)

Requisitos de educación y experiencia
Tipo de contrato: Contrato laboral nacional directo con NRC por un año
Compensación/beneficios: De acuerdo con las escalas salariales de NRC, sus términos y condiciones esta posición es Grado 6.
Ubicación: Bogotá.

NRC started its operations in Colombia in 1991 to assist populations affected by the Colombian conflict and its resulting displacement. Since 2017, NRC has also been responding to the increasing influx of people coming into Colombia from neighboring Venezuela.
The Latin American (LA) region faces multiple complex emergencies, including the internal and regional impact of the crisis in Venezuela, the humanitarian consequences of the armed conflict in Colombia, and the pervasive high levels of generalised violence in the North of Central America and in Mexico. These conditions produce some of the highest forced displacement numbers in the world. According to UNHCR, there are over 15 million displacement-affected people, including some 7,4 million Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) across NRC country programme coverage in Latin America. The LA region also witnesses record numbers of transcontinental population movements generating significant protection risks as people are obliged to cross borders often through routes where conditions are dramatic. Restrictive asylum and migration policies also create flows of deportees and returnees, who struggle to re-integrate in their communities and often face violence, retaliation, discrimination, and exclusion. Those phenomena are accelerating across the region.
