People & Culture Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering inclusion, accountability, learning, and collaboration. Build leadership pipelines and ensure strong succession planning. Promote knowledge‑sharing and organizational resilience. Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Secure diversified funding from institutional, multilateral, philanthropic, and private‑sector partners. Cultivate high‑level relationships with Haitian authorities, donors, civil society, and business leaders. Explore innovative financing models, including impact investment, CSR partnerships, and local resource generation.
