Description of the Assignment:

UNDP seeks to undertake a comprehensive independent audit of the functionalities of the EYEP Portal. The objective is to conduct a full, independent functional and technical audit of the EYEP Portal, verifying:

That all modules and processes are working as required
That the system is fully stable, secure, and reliable
That data integrity, performance, and usability meet expected standards
That system documentation is complete and appropriate
That any issues, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies are identified and clearly reported
That recommendations are provided to strengthen ongoing maintenance and system sustainability

The Consultant/Contractor is expected to examine all functional, technical, security, and operational components of the EYEP Portal based on the originally defined EYEP system requirements.

The ideal candidate to meet / exceed the below requirements;

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in System auditing, Software testing, IT assessments, Web application design & troubleshooting and 3 years of conducting similar assessments of ICT Systems

Technical Skills

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
Experience with frameworks used (PrimeFaces, JPA, Hibernate)
Prior experience with API, REST, SOAP
Knowledge of database audit practices
Security audit experience (advantage)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English writing and documentation skills
Ability to present complex findings clearly

Period of assignment/services: 20 Working Days

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
