We aspire to promote a culture of continuous learning that builds capacity, engagement and retention at the individual, department, and organizational level. This intern will play a key role in helping the ODL team better understand, communicate, and strengthen the impact of internal learning programs. Internship Description:
This intern will help turn real learning data into insights and stories that shape how people grow and learn at WWFUS. They will work with data the organization has already collected, such as a learning needs assessment and workshop evaluations, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across internal training programs.
They will analyze both quantitative data (ratings, trends) and qualitative feedback (openended comments) to understand what skills staff value most, what’s working well, and where learning experiences could be improved. To deepen this understanding, they will also conduct a small number of staff interviews to capture how learning shows up in daytoday work and what impact it has had.
Using these insights, they will help create clear, engaging learning impact stories that communicate the value of ODL’s programs to staff and leadership.
