Data shapes how we show up for children and families. We’re building a smarter, more connected data ecosystem - and we need a leader who can take us forward.
If you’re energised by complexity, collaboration and meaningful impact, this role will stretch and reward you. Based in any capital city of Australia, you’ll have flexibility to work from home or from one of our state offices.
54 reasons is Australia’s leading child rights organisation – no ordinary not-for-profit.
Proudly part of the Save the Children Australia Group and global movement, we’re here to make sure that children and young people have their rights met and thrive, in all their diversity.
With the child’s voice at the centre, we provide quality services to children and their caregivers in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities. From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.
A place to make a difference:
In this 12-month maternity leave cover (0.8 FTE or full-time), role you’ll join a team that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning. You’ll be supported to grow your skills, shape organisational practice and contribute to work that genuinely matters.
As Manager Data Capability & Organisational Insights, you’ll lead how 54 reasons designs, governs and uses data to understand our impact and strengthen the services we deliver across Australia. You’ll shape the architecture and governance of our data systems, uplift data capability across the organisation, and ensure our teams have the insights they need to make informed decisions.
You’ll work nationally across every program area - early learning, educational engagement, youth justice, family support, domestic and family violence, and community development - partnering with senior leaders and our operational teams, to embed strong data practices and drive transformational change. Your leadership will directly influence how we both measure and report on outcomes for children and families and how we continuously improve our work.
A place to feel valued:
You’ll thrive here if you bring:
