Job Overview:
The Mental Health Advocate supports the mental health and resilience of survivors of trafficking through the WARN program, providing one-on-one peer support, referrals, and group-based services. This client-facing role includes one on one support, offering psychoeducation and skill-building workshops, and facilitating MHPSS groups. The Mental Health Advocate also coordinates program logistics, recruit participants, documents services, and supports evaluation through data collection. Additionally, they connect clients to appropriate mental health resources, assist with care coordination, and collaborate with supervisors to provide crisis support as needed.

**Compensation: (Pay Range: $27 - $29)**Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
