Systematic Review on Gender Transformative Interventions

2. Summary of Job Description

The intern will

  • Conduct a systematic review of interventions that have succeeded or failed in achieving gender-transformative outcomes. Gender transformative outcomes include reforms in laws, policies, and institutional systems; norm transformation; empowerment and agency; equitable distribution, and improved well-being.
    • The areas of intervention that will be the focus of the review include education and skills; financial inclusion and economic empowerment; care economy and social protection; agriculture and climate resilience; leadership, voice, and governance; social norms and behavioral change, and digital inclusion.
