Operational Risk Data Quality & Reporting Support at RMOD-OGU
2. Summary of Job Description
ORM/RMOD-OGU seeks an Intern to assist RMOD-OGU with the enhancement of risk appetite metrics, improvement of risk data quality, and development of differentiated risk reporting, including associated dashboards and risk indicators.
The intern will
- Review using AI and qualitative analysis, MDB best practice board level and management level risk appetite metrics, across the ADB 11 operational risk domains.
- Agree these risk metrics, including indicators with risk subject matter experts within ADB.
- Create dashboards and analytical visualizations to clearly illustrate risk metrics and ADBs operational risks, agreeing which high level risk metrics are reported in the Risk Committee Quarterly Risk Management reports.
- Research MDB and private sector best practices for a suitable Terms of Reference (ToR) using AI and qualitative analysis.
- Create a governance structure for management level that can be used to agree key operational risk matters that require escalation.

Qualifications
6. Education Requirements
Currently enrolled in a master's degree or PhD program, and learnt effective analysis skills that can be used in business, (e.g. statistics, applied data analytics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline relevant to analysis and data management).
7. Relevant Experience and Other Requirements
- Knowledge of risk, finance, or banking topics
- Experience or coursework in data analysis or reporting
- Skilled with data analytics and visualization tools
- Motivated, self-directed, and detail oriented
- Able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
- Preferably with 2-3 years relevant professional experience
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
