In this full-time role maximum term until 30th June 2026, you’ll work as a part of our Bail Support team in Hervey Bay, to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

You will make a difference by:

  • Provision of quality service delivery
  • Engagement with young people and their families
  • Management of stakeholder relationships
  • Monitoring and evaluation of program outcomes
  • Assisting young people to meet their bail requirements and individual goals.

Your deep expertise in working with vulnerable and traumatised youths will be invaluable. You’re someone who can easily build rapport and deliver an empathic and child’s rights service delivery.

This role requires:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience working with culturally diverse young people, First Nations young people and young people in contact with the Justice system
  • Demonstrated experience in Youth Work/Case Management roles with an understanding of complex intergenerational trauma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of child protection concerns and processes
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
