Implement delegated support function portfolio according to plan of action.
Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.

Conducting needs assessment to identify needs and gaps of children and youth
Facilitating the implementation of NRC education programming
Communicating and engaging with beneficiary communities
Contextualizing and distributing Learning kits or School material for keeping on learning
Developing literacy and numeracy materials for emergency learning
Delivering Better Learning Program (PSS) training to teachers, educational personnel, parents and youth/children
Delivering Life Skills training to the youth
Facilitating the organization of vocational training and/or other relevant capacity building for the youth
Promoting the right to education, even in emergencies
Promoting awareness campaigns on relevant educational and youth related issues identified by the project targeted communities
Joining relevant capacity building opportunities and deliver training when necessary
Collecting data to ensuring proper monitoring and evaluation of all education activities
Writing reports on project progress regularly
Acting as interpreter when required and translate documents as needed
Undertaking any other duty, not listed above, assigned by the Project Coordinator or Project Manager in order to improve and facilitate the implementation of the project.
