Pathways to Protection (P2P) is a five-year programme funded by the Danish International Development Agency and led by DRC, in partnership with the Danish Red Cross and the International Detention Coalition. The programme is implemented across ten countries along the Central, Western, and Eastern Mediterranean migration routes. DRC is currently seeking to engage a remote consultant to develop a comprehensive communications strategy that reflects the complexity of the P2P project and its advocacy strategy, aligns with the three partners’ global communications frameworks, and is adaptable to diverse country contexts and available communications resources (financial and human).
About the Consultancy
The overall objective of this consultancy is to design a practical, context sensitive, and results oriented communications strategy for P2P. Specifically, the consultancy aims to:
The total expected duration to complete the assignment will be no more than 15 days. The consultant shall be prepared to complete the assignment no later than 30th April.
In addition to the development of the P2P Communications Strategy, the Consultant may be requested to provide ad hoc, on call communications support throughout the implementation period.
The on-call support will be requested on an as-needed basis and subject to prior agreement between DRC and the Consultant regarding scope, level of effort, and timeline.
