The Human Resources Department (HRD) is looking for a results-driven, collaborative team member to support the Bank's Health Benefits and Wellbeing programs. The Employee Wellbeing and Medical Benefits Team is responsible for the functioning of the self-funded medical benefit and life insurance programs at the Bank. The Team also develops and implements wellness programs for the IDB Group and includes the operation of the Health Service Center for Headquarters.
You will work in the Human Resources Department (HRD), which is responsible for the administration and development of the IDB Group. The main functions of the Department include managing the entire employee lifecycle, implementing the People Strategy as well as programs that support the IDB's results-based business model. HRD is also dedicated to realizing its mission of delivering human-centered experiences and strategically partnering with professionals passionate about improving lives in Latin America and the Caribbean. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written is required.
National staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
