About the Hiring GroupThe Project Management Specialist within RTI’s Corporate Platforms and Operations department supports enterprise initiatives that strengthen RTI’s digital ecosystem—including Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/EPM/FDI), Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise corporate operations platforms that enable Finance, HR, Business Development, and operational excellence. Working under the guidance of Corporate Platforms lead project manager and technical leads, this role assists with leading the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational improvement projects that advance RTI’s core enterprise corporate operations platforms. What You'll DoThe successful candidate for this position provides hands-on exposure to enterprise project delivery, governance, and stakeholder collaboration, helping develop foundational skills in technology project management within a global organization. Project Management and Delivery SupportAssist in planning, tracking, and executing projects across Corporate Platforms. Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone tracking.Support requirements gathering and documentation efforts, ensuring traceability between business needs and technical solutions.Coordinate meetings, record decisions, manage action logs, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability.Identify project issues, risks, and dependencies, document mitigation and contingency actions.Support testing coordination, validation tracking, mock cycles, and post-implementation review activities.Prepare and review project documentation such as charters, SOWs, change requests, and RAID logs.Maintain documentation repositories and ensure compliance with Corporate Platforms standards, templates, and processes.Prepare steering committee updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership reporting.Collaborate with procurement team on RFPs, contract execution, and vendor onboarding.Foster clear communication between Corporate Platform Applications, functional business stakeholders, IT partners, and vendor teams across projects.Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between technical, financial, and operational project components.Ensure organizational change management requirements are incorporated in project plans (in collaboration with RTI’s organizational change management organization, if applicable) to ensure completion of stakeholder analysis, communications, and end-user trainingsCreate and maintain project artifacts within Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.Continuous Improvement Contribute to the refinement of Corporate Platforms project management processes and tools, including standardization of project templates and dashboards.Leverage Smartsheet automation and reporting to improve project tracking and visibility across Corporate Platforms initiatives.Support lessons-learned sessions, post-project evaluations, and documentation of reusable best practices.Support adoption and maturity of the Corporate Platforms frameworks, tools, and reporting standards. What You'll NeedExperience Required 1–2 years of experience supporting enterprise corporate platforms projects or IT/business transformation initiatives.Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or MS Project preferred.Experience supporting corporate platforms transformation projects preferred.PMI PMP certification preferred. If not obtained, desire to obtain in the future is required.Skills and AbilitiesWorking knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and familiarity with PMBOK principles.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting timelines.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. Qualification
