The Position:
The Administrative and Finance Assistant position is located in the North Macedonia country office. Under the direct guidance and supervision of the Admin/Finance Associate (including a.i), and as a member of the operations team, the Administrative and Finance Assistant provides administrative and financial support to the office, maintaining full confidentiality in all aspects of assignment, maintenance of protocol procedures, information flow and follow up on deadlines and commitments made.
The Administrative and Finance Assistant reports to the Admin/ Finance Associate (including a.i), and overall guidance of the Head of Office.
