The Opportunity
Plan International seeks for a Regional Finance & Operations Director (RFOD) to provide strategic leadership to ensure Regional Office of Americas’ finance complies with internal standards and donor regulations. The role alerts regional Management and Global Hub to financial and operational risks and opportunities, while delivering strategic analysis and cost-effective solutions.
The RFOD oversees financial management, budgets, and operational areas including supply chain, legal, and IT, ensuring robust controls and compliance with policies and statutory requirements. This position drives alignment between regional and country-level finance and operational strategies, monitors CO and Cluster performance, and implements measures to meet key KPIs.
As part of the Regional Management Team and the Global Finance Leadership Team, the RFOD contributes to global strategy development and continuous improvement, while strengthening finance capacity across the region.

Supply Chain at PLAN is an integral component & the backbone of programming & high quality project delivery.
