Position Title: Cross-Site Mental Health Program Manager
Position Classification: Regular, Exempt, Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Reports to: Cross-Site Mental Health Officer
Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S., or a hybrid of these two options. This role requires working Eastern Time zone hours. This role also requires approximately 50% domestic and international travel.
Position Overview:
The Partners In Health (PIH) Cross-Site Mental Health Program Manager will drive programmatic, coordination and administrative processes for PIH’s global mental health team, which collaborates with 11 care delivery sites to strengthen mental health care delivery. The Manager will also lead the Cross-Site Mental Health Learning Collaborative and manage communications within PIH and with external partners. This role requires regular, frequent travel to PIH global sites, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa.
The qualified candidate has experience in multi-country program coordination and management, a background in global mental health or a related field, and experience living or working in resource-limited settings with culturally diverse colleagues and partners. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and implementation science principles. Success requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances.

Qualifications:
Required Experience and Education
Skills
o Strong writing and communication skills, with experience drafting reports, presentations, newsletters, and academic publications.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
o Strong computer and technical software skills for project management, including MS Office Suite and Zoom collaboration platforms.
o Fluency in English
o Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and disciplines, with strong interpersonal skills.
o Able to travel domestically and internationally, including international travel to remote or hard to access locations with limited infrastructure.
o Familiarity with quantitative or qualitative data analysis and visualization using tools such as R, Stata, Dedoose, MS Excel and Power BI.
o Experience with communications or design platforms such as Canva, ArcGIS/StoryMaps, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Cloud.
o Fluency or proficiency in Spanish, French, or Creole.

Pay and Benefits
The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $70,000-$75,000 per year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $70,000-$95,000/year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability
insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
