Description of the Assignment: In Armenia, Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services Network (BES-Net) will contribute to strengthening the policy–science–practice interface and support the realignment and implementation of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP). Building on the catalytic support of the BES Solution Fund, Armenia’s enhanced participation in global biodiversity knowledge production processes . The multi-year work and budget plan (MYWBP) will operationalize Armenia’s BES-Net concept note and define concrete outputs, activities, budgets, timelines, and partnerships over the next implementation cycle.

The objective of this consultancy is to development the BES-Net Armenia project MYWBP, in close consultation with relevant national stakeholders from policy, science and practice communities, aligned with the approved concept note and using the agreed BES-Net template.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
