Introduction

UNDP Viet Nam is mobilizing a National Consultant - Project Coordination Support Associate (PCSA) to support the implementation of the Viet Nam Climate-Smart Coastal Communities (VN-CSCC) project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC). The PCSA will be expected to provide programming and coordination support, partner outreach, communications and advocacy; work planning and reporting. The PCSA may also engage in the formulation of new project ideas, concept notes, and project proposals for resource mobilization, and to a certain extent, in relevant research work.

Period of assignment/services: 240 working days from November 2025 - November 2026
