This role offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly with communities, helping them strengthen their capacity to adapt to the impacts of climate change and reduce disaster risks.

About the Role

  • Facilitate capacity-building sessions for community members, youth groups, and LGU representatives.
  • Mobilize and support community volunteers in implementing project interventions.
  • Document activities, success stories, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor progress against project indicators and contribute to regular reporting.
  • Support emergency response efforts when needed, ensuring timely and appropriate assistance to affected communities.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community organizing, project implementation, or disaster risk reduction.
  • Strong understanding of child rights, gender equality, and inclusive development.
  • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and engage with diverse communities
